October Challenge

I will be doing this challenge along with you. Let me know how it goes and if you will be able to continue the challenge for the rest of 2013! 🙂

1. Drink more water: Buy a water bottle and fill it with water and do your best to finish it by the end of the day

2. Rest: Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than you usually do 

3. Power down: Turn off the TV and computers for 24 hours and spend more time with your self or doing something fun with your family

4.Nutrition: Eat a healthy well balanced dinner with your family without interruptions

5. Fitness: Walk as often as you can, park in the farthest parking lot, or take the stairs whenever possible

Just a few small changes that got me started and changed my life.
