Marathon Training

Week 11: Weekend running schedule 

Friday: 8 Miles Tempo (2 mile warm up, alternating 800m at marathon pace and 800m steady)

Saturday: Rest day (I will be running 8 miles since I missed wednesdays run)

Sunday: 18 miles

Just four more weeks until NYC Marathon and I am excited!
