Eve’s Kitchen: Week One

I searched online for different healthy meal ideas and I realized it was best to create my own. I decided to take bits and pieces from websites, groups, twitter, and magazines and create Eve’s Kitchen.

This week I put together a few meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks in between. I cut out juice and started drinking water with lemon with all of my meals. I hope these ideas can help you on your journey.

Breakfast:

Organic boiled egg whites

Organic steel cut oatmeal made with almond milk and organic brown sugar

Turkey sausage or turkey slices

Sliced fruits (raspberry, Kiwi, Strawberries, etc.)

Lunch:

Grilled Chicken

Brown rice mixed with Quinoa

Steamed Brussels sprouts

Lunch:

Baby Kale

Sliced lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

Sliced turkey

Light raspberry vinaigrette

Snack:

Natures Promise Honey Pretzels sticks

Natural Peanut butter

Snack:

Kind Granola

Chobani Greek Yogurt

Snack:

Plain rice cake

Almond Butter

Apricot butter

Late Snack:

Six egg whites scrambled mixed with peppers
