Marathon Training: Week Two
Monday: 6 miles complete outdoors (Scheduled 6 miles)
The roads were finally clear and I made it out for a nice run.
Tuesday: 8 miles outdoors (scheduled 8 miles)
I felt great and it showed in my pace 🙂
Wednesday: I rode the bike at the gym (Scheduled 6 miles)
I got in a few miles on the bike
Thursday: Rest Day (Scheduled 8 miles)
I was taught a class really early in the morning and then spent the afternoon preparing for a promotion ceremony so my workout consisted of running around.
Friday: Rest Day (Scheduled Rest day)
I was in charge of a promotion ceremony so I was up and out early. I did reach my fuel band goal and I was active 8 hours straight (New Record)
Saturday: 4 miles on the treadmill! (Scheduled 12 miles)
I ran 4 miles on the treadmill thanks to the snow.
Sunday: 12 miles (scheduled 6 miles)
I had to make up for the missed miles but I did take it easy today.
I made it to the gym 5 out of 7 days this week at 0530 am. I can see the changes in my body and I love what I see!
