Eve’s Kitchen starts in the grocery store with the food choices that I make each week while shopping. I make a list of my favorite items (must haves) and a list of items that I am trying out for the first time that I found on a fitness site or received from a friend. When I get home I keep the list of new items on the fridge so I can write down whether or not they were a hit or miss. On this weeks new items list I am trying out Lentil, Ezekiel bread, and chi seeds.
